Porterhouse Steak
Like the T-bone, this 40 oz steak is a combination of both the sirloin and fillet steak on a T-shaped bone and serves two* £39.95

Chateau Briand
The first cut from the fillet steak, this 16 oz steak serves two and is carved at the table by our chef* £35.95

Fillet Mignon
An 8 oz steak cut from the centre of the fillet and trimmed of all fat, this is the most tender steak £18.95

Entrecote Steak
Also known as sirloin, this 10 oz steak is cut from the short loin and consistently produces great flavour and texture £15.95

Ribeye Steak
An 8oz steak cut from the eye of the rib of beef, this juicy steak contains more marbling than
other cuts that produces an intense flavour £14.95

Rump Steak
A 10 oz steak cut from the beef rump of the rib of beef, this steak has a good covering of fat and some marbling that produces an excellent flavour £12.95
